Kai Rose is an emerging sports and business professional with hands-on experience in retail operations, event coordination, and brand management, combined with a strong academic foundation in leadership and organizational strategy. He is a graduate of Stonehill College, where he completed his undergraduate studies and developed a growing interest in the business side of sports, live events, and consumer engagement.
For the past five years, Kai has worked with Sideline, a football-inspired lifestyle and retail brand based on Martha’s Vineyard. During this time, he has held a frontline role in daily retail operations, delivering high-level customer service, managing point-of-sale systems, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and supporting in-store activations. His experience includes working closely with brand leadership on special events such as author book signings, food and beverage pop-ups, art exhibitions, panel discussions, and community-centered gatherings, giving him early exposure to experiential marketing and event execution.
Through his academic work and professional experience, Kai has developed strengths in operations, team coordination, problem-solving, and customer engagement. He is particularly interested in how sports organizations and brands build loyalty, create fan experiences, and operate efficiently behind the scenes.
Kai has been accepted into the Master of Sport Administration program at Belmont University, where he plans to further develop his expertise in sports management, leadership, and business operations. His long-term goal is to work within the sports industry in a role that blends operations, marketing, and strategic planning, contributing to organizations that value both performance and community impact.
